Manage Teachers

Approve applicants to list them in the public directory, Un-list to hide them, or Delete to remove them permanently (this also removes them from the Teachers menu).

Student Assignments

When a student chooses a teacher it appears here as Pending. Confirm to link them (adds the student to that teacher's roster), or Remove an assignment.

Students

Every registered student — payment status, contact details and assigned teacher, newest first. Only assign paid students to a teacher. Confirm a reported payment in the Payments section below to mark a student paid.

Teacher Payroll

Hours are counted automatically from completed lessons this month. Teachers earn 50% of the fees their students actually paid — $20 for a 1-on-1 Private student, $6 for a Group Batch student. Enter the amount, add the payment method, and mark each teacher paid for the month.

Payments

When a student tells us they've sent their payment it appears here as Pending. Check that the money arrived, then Confirm to activate their month (or Reject if it never came).

My Teaching & Earnings

You earn 50% of student fees, paid monthly — about 30 days after you start teaching — via your preferred online method. Hours are counted from your completed lessons.

My Students

Students assigned to you. Use Start class to open a live classroom — the student's join link is copied to your clipboard to send them.
