Manage Teachers

Approve applicants to list them in the public directory, Un-list to hide them, or Delete to remove them permanently (this also removes them from the Teachers menu).

Student Assignments

When a student chooses a teacher it appears here as Pending. Confirm to link them (adds the student to that teacher's roster), or Remove an assignment.

Students

Newest first. When a student pays you on WhatsApp, press Record payment on their row to keep a record of it.

Parents & Families

A parent sees nothing until you link them to a child — that is deliberate, so nobody can claim someone else's. One parent can hold several children.

Payments

A record of the money you have received. Record a payment once it has arrived on WhatsApp.

Enquiries & Trial Requests

WhatsApp them writes the opening message for you. Anything still New after 24 hours is flagged, because that is what we promised them.

Credentials

Families look for this when they choose a teacher. Nothing here appears on your public profile until our team has checked it, and the files themselves are never shown publicly.

This is what families see on the Teachers page. Your specialties, availability, languages and bio are yours to change whenever your schedule does.

My Teaching

Hours are counted automatically from your completed lessons. Payment is arranged directly with you — email us at info@maktab-quran.com any time about your pay.

My Students

Students assigned to you. Use Start class to open a live classroom — the student's join link is copied to your clipboard to send them.
